Bernice Cook

Bernice V. Cook, 100, of Mokena, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 21^st. She was born on April 2, 1922, in Baraboo, WI to the late John and Ella Bernhard. Beloved wife of the late Walter Cook, Loving mother to the late Janice (late William) Williams; Cherished grandmother of Susan (James) Twohig and Eric (Mary) Williams; Great-Grandmother of Kelly, Rachel, Jack, and Allison Twohig, and Marissa Williams; Fond sister to the late Grace, Lois, Edna and Fern. Bernice devoted her life to her family. In her spare time, she loved playing cards and had belonged to many card clubs. In keeping with her wishes, private cremation rites will be accorded.
