Collette J. Mirowski, nee Roth, 85, of Chicago passed on Friday, December 23^rd following a short illness. Beloved wife of the late John Mirowski; Loving mother of Karen (Denis) Brosnan, Jill Franks, Dru Ann (Louis) Pellegrini, Adam (Kim) Mirowski and late Jeffrey A. (Lori) Mirowski; Cherished grandmother of Melissa Brosnan, Bridget Wake, Alison Garland, Justine Sifford, Nicole Hopic and Ben Mirowski; Great-grandmother of Daniel, Brosnan, Brooklyn, Cayden, Sophia, Milena and Penny; Devoted daughter of the late Gregory C. and Sophie Roth; Dear sister of the late Henry (late Anne) Roth and late Robert (late Dorothy) Roth. Collette spent much of her working life as a travel agent; enjoying exciting trips to China, Turkey and Australia. Later with her husband and family she traveled to Paris, London, the French Riviera, Ireland, Hawaii and Las Vegas. She was very devoted to her family and loved family get togethers. In her spare time, she enjoyed shopping, reading and watching television. In keeping with her wishes, private cremation rites will be accorded. A Memorial Mass will be offered on Thursday, January 5th, 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Church, 255 W. North Street, Manhattan, IL. Private interment will take place at St. Joseph’s Guardian Angel Cemetery in Manhattan.
