Cal George Money

Cal George Money, 67, of Monee, formerly of Peotone and New Lenox, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 16th at his home surrounded by his family. He had fought a brief but courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Betty (nee Thibo); his loving sons, AF 1st Lt. Jeffrey (Joell), Jay (Jamie), and Brian (Heather) Money; Devoted grandchildren, Isabelle, Alexis, Brayden, and Kaylee; Fond brother of Jim (Joyce) Money, Brenda (Rink) Rankin, Gay (Robin) Brazelton, Joyce (Rickey) Ray, and the late Ray Money. Private cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Samaritans Purse, 7691 Valley Boulevard, Blowing Rock, NC 28605, or the Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675-8517 would be appreciated.
