Martin V. Hand, 64, of Mokena, passed away Thursday, May 13^th at Franciscan Hospital in Dyer, Indiana following and extended illness. Beloved father of Jacqueline (Jason) DeWolf and Kristin Hand; Cherished grandfather of Rocco Triolo, Maxwell Thompson, Madison DeWolf and Lily DeWolf; Dear brother of Mary J. Sweeney and the late Michael Hand; Devoted son of the late Edward J. and Constance M. Hand. Martin was born in Chicago and had lived in Orland Park prior to moving to Mokena about 18 years ago. He was a proud Army Veteran. In keeping with his wishes, private cremation rites will be accorded. Burial at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery and a public Memorial Service will take place at a later date to be announced. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory to NAMI of Chicago, 1801 W.
