Joe Rodriguez, 78, of Kankakee, passed away Sunday, April 11th at the Citadel Nursing Home. Beloved husband of Jesusita “Susie” (nee Soto); Loving father of Jessie, Joe Jr., and Oralando Rodriguez; Dear brother of Isabel Bassat and the late Juan Rodriguez. Private cremation rites have been accorded. Midwest Mortuary Service entrusted with the arrangements.
