Thomas Chakonas

Thomas Chakonas, 59, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at Palos Hospital. He is survived by his beloved wife and best friend, Laurie Ann (nee Faifer); Cherished children, Thomas C. Chakonas, Antonio Chakonas, and Angelica Chakonas; and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceeded in death by his parents, Nester and Sharron Chakonas. Thomas was a proud 1^st Lieutenant veteran of the Air Force. Services and interment are private.
