Virginia S. Stein, 88, of Las Vegas, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 8, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Robert H. Stein; Devoted mother of John (Paula) Akers, Steven Akers, Gary Akers, Grace (Pete) Adamski, Julie (Burton) Cerone, and Mary (Wayne) Gray, Step-mother of Robert Stein and Michael (Sharon) Stein; Loving sister of the late Casey (Late Margaret) Kaust and the late Mary B. Stein; Cherished grandmother of 16, Great-Grandmother of 16, and Great-Great Grandmother of 3. Lying in State Wednesday, January 16th, 9:30 AM until time of Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church, 7211 W. Talcott Ave., Chicago. Cremation rites will be accorded followed by private interment at Maryhill Cemetery, Niles, Illinois. Family and friends are encouraged to sign the online guest book and/or leave a condolence message.
